Google IT Support Certificate Program

Google Career Certificates provide people with access to in-demand jobs through rapid skill development, without the need for a college degree or prior experience in the fields of IT support, data analytics, project management or user experience (UX) design.

In this program, participants learn:

• How to troubleshoot and problem-solve to help computers and networks run smoothly
• The foundations of networking and operating systems and basic coding
• How to provide great customer service

Graduation opens opportunities.

Those who successfully complete the program can expect to earn an entry-level salary of about $50,800.
